1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You notify us within 3 days of delivery.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
Used or opened cleaning products.
Items bought on clearance or special offer (unless defective).
Custom or bulk orders (unless damaged).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).
Our team will guide you through the return steps and shipping instructions.
Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If rejected, we’ll notify you with the reason.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or variant), follow the return process above. A new order may be required depending on stock.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships. Once shipped, it falls under our return policy.
