Thank you for shopping with AlifMart. To ensure a secure and reliable shopping experience, please review our Payment Policy, which outlines accepted payment methods, billing rules, and payment-related terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

AlifMart supports the following secure payment options:

UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

Debit & Credit Cards

Net Banking

Wallet Payments

Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for eligible orders and locations

AlifMart Wallet / Credits (if applicable)

All payments are processed through trusted, secure gateways.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability depends on location and order value.

Customers must keep the exact amount ready during delivery.

COD may not be available for high-value or bulk orders.

3. Orders Above ₹500 (Advance Payment Requirement)

To reduce fake or fraudulent orders:

For any order above ₹500, AlifMart reserves the right to
request an advance payment to confirm the order.

If advance payment is not completed,
AlifMart may cancel or decline the order at its discretion.

This rule helps us ensure genuine orders and avoid operational losses.

4. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via the app, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Online payments must be marked as successful by the bank/UPI provider.

5. Payment Failures / Amount Deducted but Order Not Placed

If payment is deducted due to a technical issue:

The amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank or UPI provider within 3–7 business days.

For delays, please contact your bank/UPI service.

AlifMart will assist with transaction details when needed.

6. Pricing & Billing

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless noted otherwise.

Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

Prices may vary based on location, availability, or promotions.

7. Fraud Prevention & Verification

AlifMart may:

Request verification (OTP, order code, etc.)

Cancel suspicious orders

Restrict payment options for certain customers or areas

These steps help protect both customers and the business.

8. Refunds for Cancelled or Returned Orders

Refunds will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds will be issued to:

The original payment method, or

AlifMart Credits (if applicable)

Estimated refund timelines:

UPI / Wallet: 1–3 business days

Cards / Net Banking: 3–7 business days

COD refunds: To bank account or AlifMart Credits

9. Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways.

AlifMart never stores card details, CVV, or sensitive payment data.
